Good Wife

1. She should have noble character.
2. She should be worthy of her husband's confidence.
3. She should be working toward her husband's good, not his harm.
4. She should be willing to work eagerly with her hands (i.e., willing to do practical tasks).
5. She must be willing to sacrifice her own comfort for the needs of her family.
6. She should be financially resourceful.
7. She should be diligent.
8. She should be willing to love and serve the poor.
9. She should plan ahead for the needs of her family.
10. She should take good care of herself to keep herself attractive to her husband.
11. She should inspire and encourage her husband to be a leader in the community.
12. She should be strong and dignified.
13. She must be a born-again Christian, able to give testimony of her salvation.
14. She should be patient.
15. She should be kind.
16. She should not be envious.
17. She should be humble.
18. She should be not easily angered.
19. She should not hold a grudge.
20. She should not delight in evil.
21. She should rejoice with the truth.
22. She should be a protector.
23. She should be trusting.

40. She must have not even a hint of sexual immorality or impurity.
41. She should not joke coarsely or say inappropriate things.
42. She should not gossip.
43. She should not be greedy.
44. She must not be yoked with unbelievers.
45. She should be the salt of the earth and light of the world and obey the Great Commission.
46. She should like children.
47. She should be committed to Christian fellowship.
48. She should keep her priorities straight.
49. She should have a sense of humor.

51. She should not be overweight (a violation of the principle of self-control).
52. She should be committed to staying out of debt.
53. She must be committed to homeschooling.
54. She should have some kind of musical ability.
55. She must be attractive to me.
56. She should have daily quiet times with the Lord.
57. She should love Israel and the Chosen People.
58. She must submit to her husband's authority.
