Is the war in Iraq a righteous one? Here's what it takes to be a just war:

1. just cause
2. legitimate authority
3. right intention
4. last resort

I'll wager the Iraq war fails on the last point, is suspect on the second-to-last point, and utterly fails the second point (the President has no authority to declare war, and Congress cannot delegate theirs to him).
