It looks like the battle is on. South Dakota has passed a law banning nearly all abortions. This law is explicitly designed to present a challenge to Roe v. Wade. Similar laws are being considered in other states, including my home state of Georgia. Apparently, folks believe that the addition of Roberts and Alito will change the outcome of a Supreme Court challenge. (After all, Bush appointed them, right?) I confess that I do not share their optimism regarding the Men in Black, but I pray that the Lord uses them (or whomever He wishes) to stop the mass infanticide in this country, and around the world.
