School Bus Safety

Finally getting fed up with numerous school bus dangers, I decided to start working my way through government to figure out how to hold dangerous and errant drivers accountable. I cannot say for sure if the accountability is genuine, but I did manage to make contact with the head of the Gwinnett schools' transportation system.
He suggested I send him details of observed incidents so he could follow up accordingly. He said school bus drivers are specifically instructed not to drive aggressively, evidence to the contrary notwithstanding. He sounded as if he welcomed the opportunity to address concerns. He asked that details be given, including the date and time, location, bus number, and a description of the dangerous maneuver. Here is his contact information:

Feel free to contact Mr. Clark and politely inform him of your specific observations as incidents occur. I plan to send him emails periodically with my recorded details. I do not expect to hear of any resolutions to my submissions, but I would be happy with merely seeing school bus drivers' habits tamed.

Not working
It's been almost a year of tattling on dangerous bus drivers. Habits have not improved. They run red lights regularly. They speed all the time. They still pull out in front of cars, refusing to let them pass after holding them up while they unload 50+ kids into the same apartment complex from the main road. Roger Clark is non-responsive more often than not, so I really don't know if anything ever comes of my tattling. More often that not of late, I haven't even bothered.
It ain't fun, recording all the little details of every illegal maneuver. My goal is not to get individual drivers in trouble (though as much as they deserve it, I'm sure nothing happens to them). My goal is make them all more civilized and refrain from flinging their 5+ tons of metal and children around the road as if they're some kind of authority figures compensating for their mental inferiority. Just another case of power corrupting, I think.
