I think I would have begun firing, justly and lawfully, at the unidentified invaders. This is a result of a stupid police force. Being largely unaccountable for Constitutional violations and unafraid of a disarmed populace, such abuses will only get worse.

On the other hand, it's this kind of event that will likely trigger the coming rebellion against lawless authority.
