The Bush administration didn't cave into the global warming lie until recently, just as the lie was being debunked by many scientists. Now I know why our government has had a change of heart...

dead Constitution

This struck me as sad:

Legislation would really be the only way to exempt it at this point – the cow tax.

So yet more unconstitutional legislation is the only way to stop the EPA from violating the Constitution via a cow tax? How can the Constitution be any less relevant than to refrain even from giving it lip service?

Here's an easy fix: a Constitutional amendment declaring each violation of the Constitution (by any branch, officer, judge, or employee of government) as an act of treason? Charges may be filed in any state court.
