Martinez questioned none of the assertions of the letter writer vis-à-vis the unanswered questions about the missing birth certificate, issues with his parentage and his years living in Indonesia.

I'm not willing to see the final stake be driven through the heart and soul of our Constitution – the greatest document for governance since the Bible.

The Constitution has been given only lip service for decades now. I find this step, outright ignoring it, less hypocritical. Better still, such open defiance more easily justifies eventual rebellion. No longer can the tyrants claim some bogus interpretation of the Constitution to justify their illegal acts, in stark contrast to any common-sense reading. No, their actions will be much more clearly treasonous. Removing them from office--even forcefully, when things get bad enough--will be much easier to justify publicly.
