Executing illegals?

Is it right (i.e., Biblical) to execute illegal aliens? Federal law presently has this crime listed as only a misdemeanor--perhaps one reason why the fedgov really doesn't worry so much about enforcing it. Nevertheless, there is Biblical principle for much harsher consequences. Specifically, the Word says killing a home invader can be justified. Is it right to apply this principle to foreign national invaders as well? (Keep in mind, we're not talking about present American law but Biblical law and principle. Also remember that such civil executions would have to be done with State authority, according to Biblical law.)

not necessarily State authority required
I should add that State authority is not necessarily required to kill illegal aliens (assuming doing so is at all righteous, Biblically speaking), if the aliens are caught in the act of invading by private land owners, say. In this case, it seems a much more direct application of the home-invasion law of Scriptures, whereby the State is not brought into it because it's not after the fact but during.
