Duke Realty seems to be a terrible landlord. Mechanical malfunctions, poor upkeep on the building, money wasted on painting the parking lot ("re-blackening" the entire surface), blocking off the bulk of the parking lot semi-regularly and unnecessarily, constant presence of open trash bins (the kind in which you fit a school bus), other eyesores, no soundproofing between suites, poor communication (or total lack thereof), bi-monthly fire drills (emptying the buildings), absolutely no security, repeated thefts both indoor and out, all seem to be the order of the day for Dukee.
