My dad and I know that America used to have a good government, and it helped us do the right thing. But we both see now that it has gone downhill. The government has too much power, and they're using it in the wrong ways. For example, they say that kids can get the best education in school, but they're having a hard time finding teachers that are smart enough! Homeschooling lets the kid work at their own level, and learn a lot more interesting things. It also means the kid will be a little more well-behaved. The government also takes our money (in the form of taxes) just to plant unnecessary trees, build unnecessary buildings, and then they keep taking more to pay certain people back. I'm pretty sure they give some of it to the schools, too. I'm just tired of hearing the questions, "Shouldn't you be in school?" or, "What grade are you in?" I'm also tired of hearing about taxes and the "great" things the government wastes them on. I'm sick and tired of it all!
