Pastoring

Pastoring is a role of guidance and compassion. Like a shepherd, a pastor helps disciples and seekers find their goals while encouraging them toward the true Biblical path. Accountability can be a valuable tool in keeping one's motives pure as well as a means to sound off or reflect; pastors are a good resource for such accountability.
